These terms cover purchases through hesim.app and our official Telegram bot. Browsing is open; website purchases require an account.

Your package sets the destinations, data allowance and validity. Coverage and speed depend on local partner networks. Check eSIM support and carrier unlock for your exact phone before buying.

Follow the setup instructions, check when your plan starts and keep activation details private. Calls and SMS are included only when the package says so.

Use HESIM for your own or your family's trips and follow local law. Resale, bulk stockpiling, routers/IoT, network abuse and misuse of offers are not allowed.

Hotspot depends on the package and operator. Unlimited plans may have fair-use limits or reduced speeds; check the specific offer. We may investigate fraud or harmful use and restrict service where justified and lawful.

Check the final amount, settlement currency and available methods at checkout; display currency may differ. Stripe processes website card payments; your bank may charge fees.

After confirmed payment and issuance, website QR and setup details are in My eSIMs. If the order is still processing, wait for its status rather than paying again.

See the refund policy for working eSIMs, technical problems and delivery failures. A prepaid purchase does not authorise automatic recurring charges.

Service cannot be guaranteed everywhere without interruption. Nothing here removes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We publish updates with a revision date. Contact hesim@hesim.app to resolve an order issue; this does not limit legal remedies.
