Information and purposes
We use account/email and verification details, order and payment status, eSIM issuance details, support messages and necessary technical records to provide service, answer questions and prevent fraud.
Stripe handles card entry; do not send full card details to support. Telegram can provide the ID, public profile and messages you share with the bot. Marketing requires the consent applicable law requires.
Storage and protection
We retain information as needed for service, support, security, accounting and legal obligations, using reasonable safeguards. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
Write to hesim@hesim.app to request access, correction or deletion, or to exercise other rights available under applicable law. We may check identity proportionately. You may withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing and retain your right to complain to a competent authority.
Delete your data
Email us, preferably from your account email. We delete or anonymise applicable information after verification, except records needed for tax/accounting, security, disputes or law. We respond within applicable deadlines.
Deletion may remove account and order-history access. Before deleting an account with an active eSIM, contact support so you understand the effect.
Policy updates
