Last updated: 28 August 2026. These terms describe the intended operation of the HESIM platform. They are provided for pre-launch review and may be updated before customer purchases begin.

Operator

This website is operated by HESIM LLC, a Wyoming, United States Single-Member LLC. The company is in a pre-launch stage. Online checkout is not yet available.

Digital products

When launched, HESIM will offer prepaid travel eSIM data plans and related digital connectivity services. An eSIM is a digital product. No physical SIM card is shipped.

Device compatibility

The user is responsible for confirming that their device supports eSIM and is not carrier-locked in a way that prevents installation. HESIM does not guarantee that every device or network combination will work.

Network quality

Coverage, speed, and quality vary by wholesale supplier, local network, location, congestion, and device. HESIM LLC is not a mobile network operator and does not own telecom infrastructure.

Activation and deletion

Once an eSIM is installed, activated, or used, it may not be transferable. A deleted eSIM profile may not be recoverable.

Acceptable use

Illegal use of connectivity services is prohibited. HESIM may refuse or terminate service where required by applicable law.

Purchase terms

Final product, pricing, and contractual terms will be shown to the customer before purchase at launch. If those terms conflict with this pre-launch page, the terms shown before purchase control.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to HESIM LLC as a Wyoming company, without creating extra-territorial legal conclusions beyond that statement. Mandatory consumer rights, where they apply, are not excluded.
